Blue Lemon Beauty ships all products via USPS Priority Mail. We can ship to a physical address or Po Box - wherever you get mail - select an address that will be the most secure for you. Blue Lemon Beauty offers complimentary (FREE) Shipping (5 to 7 days) on all orders in the United States.
Signature Confirmation is required on orders over the value of $200.00, as well as orders being sent to a name/address other than the card holder's name and billing address. Blue Lemon Beauty offers International Shipping via the US Postal Service. Shipping charges are based on weight and location. Customers are responsible for Duty/Custom Fees and we cannot be responsible for packages once they leave the United States.
Blue Lemon Beauty will happily accept returns/exchanges of unopened product within 14 days of receipt. We are unable to take back any beauty product that has been opened and/or used. If products are purchased at a distributing store, please refer to their return policy.
To ensure that you have a record of your return, please ship with Signature Confirmation and be sure to include a copy of your receipt. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking information.
Please allow 10 days for your Return to be processed and funds to go back into your account. If you have not received your refund within 2 weeks of your return, please contact us.
While Blue Lemon Beauty staff strives to offer excellent Customer Service and Quality Control, we are human and occasionally make mistakes. In the event that there was a mistake on your order or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of the arrival of your shipment. You will be emailed a PrePaid Return Shipping Label.
Once we can confirm your return is in transit back, your return/exchange will be shipped to you at our expense.
